anywhere from around $100 on up. What calibers do you want to reload?

+1 and also what types of loads? Standard hardball, HP's, match ammo, etc. Details man, details....:D

Well, for a decent single stage set-up, at a minimum, you'll need:

1. reloading manual

2. a press

3. a powder/safety scale

4. dies for one caliber

5. shell holders

6. You can prime from the press, but a lee hand priming tool rules

7. Shell length gage or micrometer

Then you need powder, primers, and bullets. Sometimes you can find a starter package that is either all inclusive or mostly complete. I'd bet you'd have $150-200 in it up front getting going, including enough expendables for 100 rounds of reloads.

Honestly, I don't know.

I'll say this, beyond single stage reloading...i'd be looking at dillon products.

I agree with Mugster on the Dillon advice. I have a 550b set up back to back with a Lee pro1000. I haven't even set the pro1000 up yet.

Those Pro 1000's are good presses for the money if you can get passed that cursed priming system and that stupid ball chain...

Yea, I eventually set up the Pro 1000 and hated it.

I broke that stupid chain 4 times within the first 10 minutes of trying to load... i then got fed up and bought a 10 footer ball chain at lowes. That way IF that one breaks i have another 9 1\2 feet. :D
