Nashville-Area Handgun Course or Instructor Recommendation Needed

I've been carrying for about two years now and consider myself a 2nd amendment ambassador. I've got 4 people whom want to take the C&C course within the next month or two.

I wanted to find out if anyone knew of an instructor / course which may consider letting me join these people if I can get them to all take the course on the same day.

We're looking for something within proximity to Nashville (within 30 minute drive).

I took my class out at P.R.I. in Dixon and would highly recommend it but it was quite a drive and would like to find something closer if possible.

I'd appreciate any direction on this.

I took my class at Academy for Self Protection (ASP). They are located in Joelton at 7236 Whites Creek (I-24 W exit 35). I thought the instructor did a very good job in keeping our attention, covering the information completely, and assisting those who needed it with the range portion. I am pretty sure that they will allow you to observe (there was an observer in our class), however, I am not sure if you will have to pay a nominal fee for it.

+1 for Rob at ASP. They took my group and I in, included everything (gun rental, ammo, class) for a flat fee. Was a great experience.

+1 for this. Even if they want you to pay, the fee is only $60, and Mark Crabtree manages to make all the state-mandated education pretty entertaining (or at least as bearable as possible - that video is torture, but at least I know not to trust skinny white dudes in basketball jerseys anymore).

Did you even read the original post?

Either that, or you just don't care and couldn't pass up the pimpin' opportunity?

To the OP: There are several good Nashville/MidTN area schools here who support TGO...I'd give them a call.
