"The American" looks interesting.

"Machete" looks like total crap. Liberal idealism and some violence. It's just out to stir up fears of a Mexican revolt/takeover. BS

Couldn't even make myself watch the entire "Mah-shet-ay" trailer.

American looks cool though.. Like another Bourne.

Perspectives change over time. When I was 26, I would go see anything. Now that I am 41 with 3 kids, my time is more valuable and I am less likely to risk wasting it on a movie that will only put me in a bad mood.

When I do find some time to kick back and watch a movie, I usually watch something I have already seen and know that I will like. How sad is that?

Yup. Movies are fantasy.

If I refused to watch one based on my believes, then I would never watch any.

I certainly don't agree with Cuban immigrants selling blow....but I love Scarface.

I certainly don't agree with two teens and a teacher suing for a rape that never happened....but I love Wildthings....

I dont agree with murder but my favorite movie of all time is Shawshank Redemption. Same thing applies to Boondock Saints lol

True, I don't favor machines taking over but I really liked Terminator and Matrix. Good point. I still think the movie "machete" is going to be REALLY bad.

I don't know how she turns it on when the camera rolls, but Milla, in real life, is as awkward and gangly as a newborn filly.

I'll probably see it just to check out her multi-pass.
