It's so strange I had to share this - sorry if it's been posted before:

Chinese+Gangs+making+Homemade+Shotguns-1b.jpg

Back in Dirty Harry’s day Harry Calahan’s .44 Magnum seemed like the canon of handguns. Times have changed a lot since then. These days if you run into a Chinese gangster, they are likely packing a shotgun revolver like the one above.Homemade handgun revolvers that use standard 12 gauge shotgun shells are becoming very popular with Taiwanese gang members. This one was confiscated from a 19 year old gang gun runner. That handle on the front isn’t just for looks, it’s necessary for the kind of kick this thing delivers.

Maybe the Taiwanese police should start using them as well.

Can you imagine the kick this thing has? :D

This is what happens when guns are outlawed. I read online that homemade guns like this one sell for $7000 in Taiwan. I'm glad I live in the USA!

I wonder if it is SA or DA?

hey for 7K, it had better be DA.

I would like to see a video of someone shooting it.

It does not look like the cylinder is big enough to hold all 6 of those shells.

I am thinking that and remembering the Taurus Judge only hold 5, .410 shells.

I love the fact it has a rail - so you can add optics!

well they even branded it on the side too, they are proud of it.

I know that one looks like it has been though 2 wars but when it first came ouf of the sweat shop it was made it, it was probably it pretty nice piece. :D

The position of the flutes and chambers says "5-shooter".

New Taurus Judge prototype...

Only if the give it a rifled barrel. BTW I'm still not convinced of the utility or effectiveness of The Judge. I know it makes pretty holes in a watermelon, but everyone I've seen shot with a .410 came out of the hospital as "treated and released".

I wonder how long it takes to get back on target and re-steady yourself?

Not nearly as long as it takes to sew your hand back on.

If I had it I would slap an ACOG on top with a bayonet/light/laser combo underneath. I would also only use birdshot. Thats how I roll. In fact I might use two in that setup, one in each hand.
