The Vegas needed the motors changed every 500-1000 miles, the Pinto on the other hand even with rust holes the size of basketballs in it ran like a dream. I parked one used it for storage for over a year, had someone stop and ask if I would sell it.....I did for more than I paid and dude jumped it off and drove away rust being the biggest part of the body.

Now about that Ketchup?

No Mikey, it is Ketchup. Look at your bottle, if it says Catsup you need a new brand

I worked with a guy who had a Vega. It was a Vega SS. I want to remember that it was a big block engine. Anyway it was a V8 for sure. That thing was a freaking rocket. Other than that it was a POS.

We are out of ketchup, hopefully the minister of war will go to the store tomorrow.

So what about Daisy's?

Daisies don't have tomato in them but ketchup/catsup and V8 juice does.

Yep. Usually goes something like this...

Strel starts thread

Strel insults some or all of the members of TGO

Some or all of the members of TGO crap on Strel's thread.

So... how can we fix it?

Pull out at all cost.

Speaking of pulling out... Who parks their car backwards in a parking spot?

sometimes I do at work, back in so I can leave quick.

I was just wondering... I never do park backwards, anywhere... Unless I pull through the spot.

Posted

At work, early in the morning, I back in, it is impossible to pull though these spots as they are on different levels. But it makes leaving better as I don't have to back out twisting my neck to watch for cars, I can just look left and right easy.

ok, not impossible but with out doing damage to your car anyways.

Well, I figured that, about the levelness of the parking lot, but I only pull through if they don't have the blocks there and it is flat.

When you approach the space and back in, you're already pretty aware of how many cars and people are around you. When you have to back out, you start over, not knowing/seeing as much. I pull through or back in almost every time.
