For the most part I don't attempt to share the gospel over the interwebs because I am of the opinion that one's witness is best shared through an authentic relationship. But this whole discussion has reminded me how very thankful I am that my salvation is not up to me. If I had to earn my salvation through right action or right thought then I would be royally screwed. I am intimately aware of how utterly broken I am. Thankfully God's irresistable grace is more than sufficient to handle my sinful nature.

Whatever you do, DO NOT GO INTO THE LIGHT. It is a trick. The light is a bug-zapper hanging on the flying spaghetti monster's front porch, to deceive the wicked. :D

You know what's funny, Chuck? I know some supposed Christians that would say you're wrong, and still probably going to hell for not thinking and behaving in the correct or "approved" manner.

In other words, you're in the same boat with the atheists and the pagans, in their opinion. :D:screwy:

All joking a side, if you can,

What do you think will happen when you die, ?:D

I think my body will decompose while the rest of what you would probably call my soul, and I will as well for lack of a better term, will be gone from the world forever.

Holy blinding light Batman its a trap!!!

Personally I am gonna stick around on the earth and f with all the people i never liked that are still alive, then when im ready ill cross over and chill for as long as I like. Then When I got my strength up I may come back to this place for another Round

When u die your soul, spirit, lifeforce, etc. Is seperated from your physical body and you have another choice to make, stick around here OR move on to "the other side"

If we're going to have a discussion on this stuff, and not an argument or boring-ass, pointless attempt at convincing other people to think or believe the same as we do, then I've got a few questions that should liven things up:

1.) How old is the particular god you believe in? Has he/she/it always existed?

2.) If they haven't always existed, will they ever end, or are they now eternal?

3.) Does god, as you believe in him/her/it have any limitations? Or are they all-seeing, all-knowing, and all-powerful?

That should do for now, since I'm sure the answers to those three will generate all sorts of other questions themselves.

Now you gone and done it! :) I'm gonna go find a 3/32 roll pin punch (nothing to do with a religious experience).

Not me. Gonna get baked, and put in a can. At least for awhile...

Soylent green? :)

+1

I don't feel like leaving a $10,000 funeral bill for my family.

Well, not until you hit your thumb while trying to drive out the pin, then break the punch off in the hole while the pin's still stuck halfway in there, any way... At that point, you may start to think you're being punished for something, and are indeed already in hell...

... especially if that's you last 3/32 punch, and you've got a half-dozen more pins to remove. :P:)

I'm putting them in, not taking them out.

Nope. You've probably never heard the song, "Put my ashes in a douchbag, and run me through one more time". I'm not tellin' the story about how it was written.

You would be correct, I've never heard that one... nor am I sure of whether or not I even want to hear the story of how it was written. :)

Oh, fwiw... that stuff left over from a cremation isn't really ashes... it's very finely ground bone. So adding it to a douchebag is in effect you giving someone one last... well, you get the idea. :D:P

I'm pretty sure it's a combination of both... Ashes and Bone.

f(x)= 2x^2+3x^3-(4/5)x^5+12

What is f ' (x)?

Not according to the morticians I've talked to. All the soft tissue gets pretty much vaporized, and any ash, what little there is, generally goes out the chimney.

Once the furnace is through with it's cycle, the remains are pulled out, then sorted through to pull out any screws or other medical prosthesis/devices that may not have burned up, and the rest goes into the grinder.

Are you trying to prove that the devil is indeed in the details?

Its been a long time so maybe this is wrong, but PERHAPS:

f'(x) = 4x+9x^2-4x^4

No, I had some friends in college that thought this was Satan, but I just wanted to see if you knew.

You'd still be here and breathing

Ah... so you WERE trying to prove the devil was in the details. Or at least verify it....
