Thoughts on YHM gas block

Has anyone used the Yankee Hill Gas block like the first one listed here?

it is a clamp on type much like most of the ones they make with a flip up sight.

Got one comming on a custom 450 Bushmaster. I like the YHM stuff because it is steel. They make an excellent product at a good price.

i have a YHM low profile slotted Gas Block on the way now i will let you know the quality of it. i know it isn't the same part but same company

I have a YHM Spector on my AR. I can say it has never caused and issue and really don't even notice it. The only time I even thought about it is when I got curious and pulled it off. Went back on just fine and runs perfect after. Over all I am very happy with the few YHM products I have.

The YHM flip up is on all my ARs. They work well.

Tension the clamp screws evenly. I haven't used any Locktite on any of mine,

but a lot of folks do. They stay put.
