I have some stripper clips, a few are non original and they work for crap. A couple of vintage and they work fine.

I pretty much don't mess with them anymore. Just as easy and more therapeutic to just load in five rounds one at a time.

Yeah, I guess i need to find a couple of vintage ones if I am going to try them out fair and square. More than that I keep hoping to see another Mosin at the range shooting surplus ammo. I hear it kicks a good bit more than the Brown Bear I have. I need to try them out before springing for a full spam can or two.

Real men don't have fragile macho egos and use Nancy pads. Cheap surplus ammo is main reason most own Mosins, or at least shoot them much.

Most of the surplus is going to be more accurate then Brown Bear.

Stripper clips...I have this nifty scar on the side of my thumb and the stripper clip was from a can of Russian steel 7.62x54r.
