Glock Vs 1911

Take it from someone who has done a similar trade and regretted it. Don't do it. Save up and purchase a base 1911, but keep the G22. Since I have a G21sf, I sometimes contemplate trading my G22 off for a base 1911. The way I cure that itch, is I go and shoot a couple of 15 round magazines through my G22. Accurate, reliable, easy to control and relatively easy to conceal with the right holster.

Redfive,

. . . but I hesitate to purchase from companies that restrict products from any particular group arbitrarily, just makes them seem like they think they know what is good for us better than we do ourselves. And I hate that. Seems like they are shooting themselves in the foot (really bad pun) by not selling to non-leo's since all their competitors are. Hmmm.

Do the used G22's come with night sights? How many magazines?

I know what you mean about a company feling like they know what's better for me than I do, but I didn't get that impression from G&T. Most everything they had seemed available to civilians; maybe they get a better deal from Glock by agreeing to restrict certain models, but whatever the reason, I'll be doing business with them again.

They had a selection of sight-types, and it came with 3 magazines, each holding 15 rounds.
