I dont know what all this flap about Obama being Muslim is. First off, if he were, so what? But he isn't. It is well established that he isn't. It is just a canard. But there are so many other reasons why this man just shouldnt even be the nominee much less POTUS that we don't have to invent reasons.

I dont know what all this flap about Obama being Muslim is. First off, if he were, so what? But he isn't.

I think the rationale for bringing it up (and I have no knowledge of how legit this is) is that if he were a Muslim -- by Muslim standards -- even as a child, then he'd now be seen by Muslims not as a mere infidel like the rest of us but as an apostate Muslim; and presumably that would complicate things by undermining foreign policy or maybe even provoking assassination attempts.

i am not religious.

i have a military background and come from a military family.

i am an independent that likes alot from both parties yet i lean democratic. now if only they'd stop trying to take away our gun rights.

Romney, Huckabee, Thompson

I would never vote for Romney though unless it's for to head another Olympic committee. Guy doesn't seem to have a principle that can withstand a poll. Huckabee is the one I'm supporting although I disagree with him on a lot of things.

For the record, I am:

pro gun rights and would vote for this over any other issue.

agnostic but have no problem with any religion.

against abortions

against any amnesty for illegals.

didn't support the irag war but strongly believe that we should stay until the job is done.

lean republican 90% of the time.
