Spyderco Tenacious

Regretted not buying this knife after handling it at SMKW last weekend. So I ordered one online. The G10 handle is nice though not as rough as the Cold Steel Recon, which is like sandpaper IMO. I really dig the trademark "thumb hole". It feels natural to open the blade that way. The pocket clip has four positions and is a little stiff, but I'm sure it'll loosen up. The size is perfect for EDC and feels great in my hand. The serrations are pretty ferocious but not to a fault. This is Spyderco's "$40 price range" knife but it feels like a good one to me.

Spyderco's are great knives. I just got my first one for father's day...not the exact same model, but similar. It has a good heavy blade and I use the heck out of it. As of this year, I am going to start picking up one or two Spyderco's a year...B

Same here. Great knife. Excellent value.

Not to mention if you drop it in the lake or otherwise "misplace" it, it won't cost a fortune to replace.
