First, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this question.

Does anyone have any experience buying off GunsAmerica.com? I'm looking for a Springfield XDM and the NIB prices i've found on there seem pretty good. I know I am buying from different people on there. How safe is it? Thank you :D

The gun shop I work for posts and buys on G-A all the time, we've never had any problem on the buying end . . . the only real hiccup we had on the selling end was when we sold a 20-year old shotgun, UNFIRED, still in box with all original papers . . . the gun was literally new in box, the original owner had bought it specifically to let it sit in a safe and later sell it.

The customer who bought it sent it back because it had an original purchase receipt in it, so in his eyes it wasn't "new." . . . regardless of the fact that it had never even been assembled. :)

Thanks. Everywhere I've looked I've found NIB XDMs for $700 or so. But i'm finding some good prices on gunsamerica.com. Didn't know if I should trust it or not. Could you all give me any tips on picking a safe seller? Just afraid they will get my $#00's but I won't get my gun!
