NOW I'm SMOKIN!!

My smoker finally arrived Saturday around 3pm....I started smoking @ 4pm and took the last piece of meat off of it about 11:30am Sunday.....

Well....it took me about an hour to unload the "truck-full" of hickory that he brought with it.

And thank you...i searched a long time for this and finally found the right one.

ah...well.....i smoked 2 pork tenderloins, half of a brisket and a 12# shoulder.

had yeast rolls, cowboy beans, slaw, pasta salad, hashbrown casserole and banana pudding......oh......and about a case of beer:D:D

My thoughts EXACTLY....and i've actually thought about mounting a dorm frig to it....so...the kegerator would work too....

IF it was all cut up...the guy that built it says it will hold 32 butts.....there are four racks in it and they are on a rotisserie....i bought four "stack-racks" that double the capacity....i should have bought 8....the "stack racks" are only about 2 feet long..so you can get them in and out of the smoker.....
