My smoker finally arrived Saturday around 3pm....I started smoking @ 4pm and took the last piece of meat off of it about 11:30am Sunday.....:(:);)

Well....it took me about an hour to unload the "truck-full" of hickory that he brought with it.

And thank you...i searched a long time for this and finally found the right one.

Like what was for dinner.

ah...well.....i smoked 2 pork tenderloins, half of a brisket and a 12# shoulder.

had yeast rolls, cowboy beans, slaw, pasta salad, hashbrown casserole and banana pudding......oh......and about a case of beer:D:D

Looks like a hell of a machine. Just needs a built in kegerator and it will be perfect.
My thoughts EXACTLY....and i've actually thought about mounting a dorm frig to it....so...the kegerator would work too....:):drunk:

IF it was all cut up...the guy that built it says it will hold 32 butts.....there are four racks in it and they are on a rotisserie....i bought four "stack-racks" that double the capacity....i should have bought 8....the "stack racks" are only about 2 feet long..so you can get them in and out of the smoker.....
