does anybody know where to get custom grips for this gun, any help will be greatly appreciated

I'd call EAA (the importer of tanfoglio weapons). Their number is 321-639-4842 if they don't have the grips, they can probably tell you who makes them. Of course, that has been the case with all the manufactures/importers I've dealt with EAA may be an entirely different critter.

New black ploymer grips are available from MidwayUSA.com [Product ID# 579959] for $19.99 plus shipping. You have mis-stated the firearm in your search. MidwayUSA carries it under the FIE Titan identification. It is also the same pistol as the Excam GT27 and Tanfoglio GT27. Both FIE and Excam were the importers, not the true manufacturers. The manufacturer of many of these pistols (or their parts that were assembled in the US in Florida) was Tanfoglio.
