I my 31 years in Cincinnati I saw lots of people eat Skyline type chili all by itself. Actually my Dad prefers it like that, without spaghetti. That would be just called Chili on the menu.

If you pour the chili over thin spaghetti it would be a 2-way,

Add finely shredded cheedar then you are having a 3-Way,

Put onions on it before adding cheese and you have a 4-Way,

Put some kidney beans on it before onions and cheese and you have a 5-way.

My personal preference is a 4-Way with some Franks Hot Sauce dashed on top the of the cheese.

All these years and apparently my wife has been refusing to have finely shredded cheddar on her chili? Maybe I should explain to her what I meant...

I’m From Texas and to me chili is a relative term. I have had some with cat in it and it was really good, most of the time if it is good you don’t want to know what is in it.

I just worked up a new recipe for some back in June. It took about 5 pots before I had what I wanted. It started out as menudo but changed to chili about the 3rd pot. Sometimes you don’t need cow to make good chili.

I don't normally go for chili outside of my kitchen but every once in a blue moon on a cold day Wendy's chili hits the spot. For some reason a chocolate Frosty and a bowl of chili from Wendy's is like the perfect combo for me.

The last bowl I ever ate from Krystal had half a patty in it.

could be if the other half is hanging out of the cooks mouth. You know, the haired up grease ball cook that's in the back of the building beside the a/c unit smoking a butt and picking at an orifice ! :(

White Castle is a must anytime I'm in Nashville or Missouri. I don't know why the h*ll they won't open one here!!

I don't know why they opened them here, but they've been here close to 20 years. It's about as far south as i have seen them. I grew up with White Castle in St. Louis.
