Rear Sight Bolt removal Taurus Model 172

How do you get the bolt out of the rear sight on a Taurus Model 172? The sight block will remove but I assume you need that to attach the rail too. I can't get the bolt out due to the fact that it has a round head on it. It looks like more of a pin than a threaded bolt. Please help.
