I've attached some information on the upcoming 2008 NRA Annual Meeting in Louisville, Kentucky (http://www.nraam.org/default.asp) for people that would like to volunteer, make advance ticket purchases, and make donations. A special thanks for Academy of Personal Protection & Security, Inc. (Nashville), Brighton Arms (Brighton), Tactical Response (Camden), and Guns & Leather, Inc. (Greenbrier) that have already made a donation to the Annual Meeting. If you've never attended the NRA Annual Meeting, you're missing a great opportunity, and this year it's just over in the next state.

The next attachment is an application for the YES Program (http://www.nrafoundation.org/yes/). The YES Program is one of my favorite programs we offer our youth. Please spread the message about this to as many people as possible. The grant application deadline is March 1, 2008.

I'm attending this year and have signed up to volunteer (hoping to help out at the air rifle range). Hoping we can get a good-size TN contingent to take a ride to Louisville. The annual meeting is a great place to meet folks with similar interests, learn about the newest guns & gear, get education on how you can make a difference in your community, and get heard by the NRA brass. Access to the exhibits is FREE to NRA members. I'll be driving up and would enjoy sharing the ride. Here's the tentative schedule:
