Tennessee Code Annotated App for the iPhone. Anyone using? Thoughts?

TNCode09 Tennessee Code for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad on the iTunes App Store

It is download and once on the phone doesn't require an internet connection to use.

I really like the overall idea, but the screen shots seem to show an example of a very old code. Not sure if the app is updated and he just hasn't updated the screen shots or what. Also you can call me ignorant, but I'm still new to the iPhone, iTunes, apps etc... and I really don't see a way to contact him to ask.

Also there are comments asking for it to be updated, but I know it wasn't until Sept or Oct last year before Michie updated their online version, so I could see how it might take that long for the app as well....so then that begs the question would you have to buy the 2010 version or would it be a free update to the 2009 one?

Anyway...what are y'alls thoughts?

That could be useful, if it is kept up to date.
