C&R Confusion

I received my packet today it had 4 fingerprint cards in it you dont have to be fingerprinted do you? And no its not the FFL i have that packet already....

Unless something has changed since last December there is no fingerprint requirement for a C&R license.

IIRC, the batfe application packet is for any type FFL. 01's and 02's require prints; the 03 C&R does not.

I stupidly sent 'em my prints anyway, nobody complained.

BATFE includes fingerprint cards with all packets for any type of FFL as SOP. Ignore the print cards or save them for later, but they are not needed for the C&R.

If you are talking about the 03, it’s pretty straight forward. If you are talking about the 01, you can’t have one in Murfreesboro anyway; or I would already have one.
