My LCP got a new pocket holster

My precious wife got me an LCP for my birthday. I decided I needed a pocket holster for it. None of the gun stores I checked had any in stock, so I just made one.

It looks horrible....:)

You should send it to me for my P238 and make yourself a "Good" looking one.:)

Seriously I wish I had such a skill.

Why do ya think I keep it in my pocket?:)

Touché :)

Seriously though I like it a lot also, do you make these things for others? I am pretty sure a 238 would fit the same size as your LCP.

Thanks for the compliments.

kb4sn, It took about an hour to make.

Sgt. Joe, I do sell a few holsters along, but I'm not sure a 238 would fit the same hole as an LCP. They are molded hard to the pistol, and would need to be pretty much an exact fit. If I ever happen across a Sig 238, I'll be happy to make one for you.

I sure would have thought it'd take longer. If I didn't already have a good pocket holster for my LCP, I'd be hitting you up for one! :)

Well that is cool, I thought it looked a bit softer than it is I guess but I do know the two guns are really close in size although as you say probably not exact.

And it isnt like I need one as I have several I just really like that color and design of the one you made and figured it would look really nice with my Rosewood grips.

Even....as we know it would be in our pockets and mostly be out of sight.:) I still like pretty:)

If in the future you are able to make one for a 238 I will gladly pay you whatever you like, It really is SHARP!

It looks great!! Good work!!!! I would have to carve stick men on any holster that i did (...that's if i could get 'em drawn right the first time...).

Keep up the good work.

Kind regards,

Have you ever thought of making a mag holder for the LCP? I'm about to start looking for one. I was thinking about a kydex one, but might have to talk you into using them leather skills!

Greg,

How difficult would it be to cut one like the DeSantis Nemesis? Sitting here looking at my LCP (it lives on the coffee table), and like the way the Nemesis protects the slide.

I don't think it would be any trouble. I was going to buy one of those, but I couldn't find anyone who had one in stock.

I've made one for a 1911 mag so it should be pretty much the same procedure.

I'm trying to figure out how to make a pocket holster that would also hold a spare mag, but I just don't believe there's room.
