Apology to Reloader's Bench

Recommended Posts

Posted

I was involved in the Man Robbed at Local Gun Store thread and was critical of the deal that was given to the person in that post. I have since read the detailed response from the owner of the Reloader's Bench. I didn't see it until that thread was closed or I would have apologized in that thread. I still stand behind my opinions on the subject of taking advantage of people, but it is clear that the owner of Reloader's Bench didn't take advantage of anyone.

I am sorry for piling on without having all of the facts.

There can be a second lesson in this.

Apply what we learned in this, to the defense of a 3rd party we don't know. We don't always have all the facts as we are always pointing out when the question comes up every 2 weeks. It is true is other situations as well.

If you are like me, you may have quit reading the thread but got interested again.

You can pick up at post 101

couple highlights

both of the model 64's had been previously owned by a major security firm and had their hammers bobbed and were converted to double action only. This destroyed any collector value these guns may have had.
