Need to find youth medium brown T-shirts

My youngest is a member of the Civil Air Patrol cadet program. He is going to his first "boot camp" style training next week and they just published the uniform list. Needless to say we need things that are not run down to Wally world and get. One being 5 brown T-shirts for wear with the BDU's. His unit has been wearing black one's for unit meetings but this training demands the brown so I need to find them locally if possible. If anyone knows where I can get these please advise.

I'm off to search some sites and see if shipping would get them here in time but would rather not pay for 2nd day shipping.

Help me help a young person who is learning to serve.

The wifey (who knows such things) says to make sure you get Gildan Ultra-T's, wherever you can find them. Need logos on them, or just plain?

Chocolate or Tan, they do.

Need something in between?

Well crud. Local is gonna have to come through. Been to a bunch of sites, either not the brown we were looking for or way to expensive. Even went to the U S Calvary store...wow, looks like soldiers like under Armor really well now.

There is a little Army Surplus store at the corner of Highway 25 and 231 outside Hartsville that I haven't been to in about a year (drive by it daily) guess they will be stop number one. There is also a Greene's Mil and Police on Lebanon Road I may call. The rest of you keep looking (cracks whip).

Bronk, I did find a "classic brown" on that site you sent in another brand but it's way to dark from what I remember the standard brown T's being in my day.

I had shut down and was getting ready for bed when the young man brought this to my attention, along with needing a signature after arriving home from tonights Squadron meeting. Why is it they know how to wait till we are about to go to bed to hit us with this stuff!??

That Greene's Military is likely to have something like that. They have tons of gear. I'll be up near US Cav on Thursday if'n you are still looking by then.

Worse comes to worst...we'll go onto Ft. Campbell and get some at the PX.

I've bought multiple adult sized brown t shirts at walmart, but dunno if they always have em in stock. Maybe an adult small would fit?

I did the CAP cadet program as a youngin' and the Senior Member program working with cadets for a little while before the squadron here at the TN ANG base shut down. The go-to place for CAP uniform stuff is The Hock - www.thehock.com . They have the brown shirts for $4.50, but I can't remember how fast they ship. You might try calling them.

The brown shirts are usually readily available at army surplus stores, but most of the army surplus stores around here have shut down. :-\

Call Friedman's Army Surplus on 21st ave in Nashville. 297-3343 They sell a lot of clothes and uniforms. If they have what you need I would be glad to pick it up for you and meet somewhere if it helps out your schedule.

How big is the boy. I have some new in the pack but they are XL and L adult you can have. I think I saw some at that Army surplus store on 25 when I bought some ammo cans. I am home on leave. PM sent.

Huge +100 Thanks to R1100R ! Exactly what we needed and he brung em to me!

Top, the boy tried em on when I got home and they are a perfect fit. He's set now. I had him spit shining his low quarters Monday night, now we have his uniform squared away. I think the only thing left is a can of spray starch. Apparently they are going to teach them to ruin BDU's!
