What the criminals do with their time apart is not much my concern, but it is a measure of our humanity how much unnecessary suffering we require or allow. And de facto sentencing someone to rape is way outside these principles. It reflects badly on us as a society that we permit it or consider it suitable fodder for humor.

Well, you can color me inhuman then, and leave me out of "your" society... because I have no sympathy for, nor care in the slightest what criminals do to each other. As long as they're doing it to each other, and not to decent folk that are minding their own business and not bothering anybody, that's fine by me.

And as for sentencing them to be raped... well, that's easy enough to avoid, and entirely up to them, since all they have to do is behave and not be a criminal.

And yeah, I'm gonna make fun of 'em for being stupid enough to get themselves into a situation where they get ****** up the ***, when they could have easily avoided it.

So there! :)

I think prison jokes are harmful to the hearts, minds, and psyche of prisoners and should be banned.

You're no fun :). I think most of us believe that the punishment is always less than the crime. The image of "Big Bob" having his way with a little weasel like Cowart helps me cope a little. So...

Squeal like a pig, Danny :stir:

Good thing they don't have free internet in the prison cells already.

I guess I'm the only one who laughed hysterically during the movie Hancock, when Hancock shoved the little guy's head up the big guy's ass, when he first got to prison... :)

This!

I've not read each post thoroughly, but I doubt this guys tat will be an open invitation to butt play from other prisoners. His actions before his arrest will be, though. There's nothing we can do about that.

His self imposed life problems are not my problems and are not my responsibility. I shouldn't have to pay for them, either.

Yeah, I had to go fetch my inhaler just to catch my breath from laughing so hard.

I guess there must be something wrong with us, huh? My wife too, 'cause she laughed as hard as I did. :biglol:

I'm with you. And I don't discriminate. My little brother is one of those folks that thinks it's cool to be a thug, and if he gets a little extra unwanted lovin' as part of his punishment he will get no sympathy from me. He has had every chance to make something of himself and more help from our family than he deserved, but he chose his path. Just today the U.S. Marshals came to parents' door looking for him and it looks like he's going to be going away for a long, long time. I know he can fight. He just better hope he can fight better than the biggest "sissy."

My point is, most criminals have had a chance to make something better of themselves but chose to do otherwise. If that means they have to keep 5 gallon buckets of Preparation H handy, I won't be shedding any tears for them. They made their bed, now they can share it with Bubba.
