Federal and Ruger just came out with the 327 Magnum. It seems like an appealing weapon to me as the ballistics are close to a 357 but in a compact form and with 1 extra round in sp101 form. You guys think its worth it to trade my gp100 in 357 for this baby?

Absolutely. The GP100 is a nice gun but no one's idea of a concealed carry weapon. And if the 327Federal is too much you can load .32 H&R mag, or .32 S&W long, or .32 S&W short, or .32acp.

I was gonna say stay away from fad cartridges, but if Rabbi says it's a good idea, I'd listen to him. The man knows a thing or two about wheel guns.

I dont understant "close to" when you can carry a 357 J FRAME or a Glock 27 in 40 cal. They both look better to me than a hopped up 32.What do ya think?

I think you have a point gunny, hard to beat a .357.
