So I'm a lover of the MTAC for sure and to date have been using the standard-style clips. Wondering if anyone has experience with the C-Clips. I definitely think they are overpriced, but would consider them if they had a decent amount of stability and support. Thoughts?

I'm using a MTAC with the C-Clips. As long as your belt is the correct width, I feel like they offer plenty of support. The holster is very stable. I always carry mine with my 511 belt. Basically, the bottom of the clip keeps you from pulling the holster along with the firearm when drawing. The top of the clip provides support for the holster to keep from weighing your pants down. One caveat, I seem to always carry my MTAC with jeans or cargo pants - I haven't tried it with dockers...

I got my MTAC with the C-Clips so I can't compare them to the 'normal' clips. Based on the design, they should be just as stable, given that your belt is the correct width.

I purchased to MTAC with the V-Clips :screwy:

When Monkeylizard ordered his MTAC I asked him to pick up a set C-Clips for me.

Just in the few minutes I have worn it, the C are superior to the V IMHO.

Edit: I also have the 1 1/2 Comptac Belt.
