Does anyone have any suggestions why my shots go high right when I turn my thumbs down but are poa when I let my grip thumb ride up like with a semi? I have used both grips with and without the third finger hold and it does not matter.

I think I remember reading on another forum about a 642 that had a barrel that wasn't screwed in (or pressed in or however) straight and of course that would make a round go whichever way it was pointing. This is probably not what is wrong, but you could take a really close look.

I've only put about 120 rounds through my lightweight Jframe so I'm no expert.... But I suspect that slightly different positioning of the thumb effects how much the barrel moves before the bullet leaves the barrel. You could also try dryfiring and see which way the barrel moves. Been trying that with my laser turned on. Slow and deliberate pretty steady. When I pull quickly through it moves up and right, then back to original position as soon as the hammer(internal) starts to fall.

Thanks, that sounds like what may be happening to me. I noticed that if I move my trigger finger to the pad of my finger I shoot much straighter. I does cause me to get tired quicker. I guess I'll build up to it.
