I don't know about the cathouse reason other than you are engaging in an illegal activity so then maybe it becomes a gun crime as well .

Such as some kind of felony charge such as "soliciting of prostitution while in possession of a firearm " But I do know that if you are hittin the crack pipe at the kitchen table in a drug house and some one put their chrome plated faux pearl handled Lorcen 9mm on the table because mexican carry rubs em the wrong way while sitting down . On a more in realistic note you pick up Junior from school and he just bought a dime bag off his buddy and you get pulled over and he gets paranoid and dumps his stash under the seat guess what YOU get charged with .
