I'm having GAS pains again, enter Pistol number five! I was at my local gun dealer over the weekend and this beautiful Kimber Ultra Crimson ll jumped out and grabbed my wallet. Well, my wife wasn't with me and no one else was looking so I just had to celebrate the fourth in style. That was easy . . . what isn't so easy is how to post a pic on this forum!!!!!! :D

Congrats. Thousands of pictures have been posted on TGO. Not sure why you're having problems. Upload them to Photobucket and then link them.

Nice gun. Congratulations. I hope you enjoy it. It is funny that I had a similar experience about 2 months ago when I went the shooting range. While I was there I saw a Kimber Ultra Raptor II. I didn't shoot worth a crap that day cause I was thinking about the Kimber. I ended up walking out the store with a thinner wallet and a little more weight in my range bag.

I experienced the very same problem 3 weeks ago and now have not only a Kimber crimson ultra carry II but a Kimber SIS as well. Now that I have that ammo I am looking for a G36 to replace my G27. I just like the feel of the Glock and trust it.

That was my first Kimber. Loved it! Put a lot of rounds through it and never had a problem.

The only issue I had was that the Crimson Trace grips would drain the batteries after about a week (of no use). I contacted CT and in a matter of days they sent me a brand new set of grips before asking me to send mine in. Their customer service is top notch.

Congrats.

No wonder I can not find where I left mine! The last time I saw it it looked just like that one!

Never Mind! I remembered where I set it down! :D

KImber's are hard to resist, I just added #6 last week an Eclipe Custom in 10MM, the other 5 are 45's

Hmm...thats weird about you batteries running down so quickly. I have had my UCC II for a couple years now and the batteries are still going strong. Glad to know that CT took care of it for you. Always glad to know a company stands behind their products so well.
