Hi y'all,

Just a quick introduction. 50 year old CCW holder from Arizona. Beautiful state you got here. That's why the wife and I are relocating as soon as we can. OK, 2-3 years. We are hoping to be in the Knoxville area.

So I found this forum and figured it will best if I learned up on your gun laws and what's good hunting and stuff. And this looks like the place.

Also, we will be in the Norris lake area this Aug. If anybody has any must "do's" or must "see's" let me know. Or if you got a favorite spot let me know. It all looks so good on the internet.

We went to AZ for the first time a couple of years ago on vacation and absolutely loved it. Phoenix was our first stop. When you move to Tenn. is there any chance you could bring your Governor with you? Maybe swap her for what we've got?

Welcome from southern Middle Tennessee.

Been to Arizona a couple of times. The nephew was stationed in Sierra Vista for a few years.

Welcome. East TN is a great area with lots to see and do. Are you looking for touristy stuff or just some sight seeing?

Before answering any questions, can I assume this is a right leaning website?

Satan's minions are ALWAYS in season! Kill 'em all. Let God sort 'em out.

Do folks there really have white gravel in their yards instead of grass?

Ha, ha, JK

Welcome from a heavily right leaning supporter of AZ.

If we don't get some rain in East TN soon may have to use desert landscaping here.

Hello from east tn. There is a good place to eat in Knoxville called Chandlers. Great fried chicken or turkey and more than you can eat. If you are here in early August you should come down to fort Loudon and see the re-enactments. I'm not sure which weekends but it should be on their website. One weekend is a full blown surrender of the fort and another is a garrison weekend where they show the daily life in a fort. Also need to take a ride across the dragon.

Welcome!

I have been a resident of the Chattanooga area now for three months. I lived in the Phoenix Metro Valley from 1987 up until I landed in here. I LOVE it here and Im sure you will also!
