I know that State Farm (who I have) only covers $1,000 on the homeowner's policy. They'll write a separate policy for firearms. It's not too expensive and you can get as much coverage as you need. May want to call and check with your insurance agent.

NRA also offers a policy. Not sure on your feelings concerning them. You have to be a member to purchase I believe.

I use USAA . You can get a a rider in any amount needed. If they can't write it they have a General Agency Dept that can hook you up.

I've been with USAA for over 30 years.

I'll check with the NRA.
