Um. Yeah. The quote about sucking it up was by a so called "friend" of hers... Some friend.

However, the supposed victim did not press charges in a timely manner. She refused to give statements to the police at the time, multiple chances. She "lawyered up," which smacks of monetary motive (which she has stated she intends to civilly sue, again smacks of trying to get $.) Her waiting for years does not lead to credibility.

Effectively, she should have cooperated with the police at the time. Now, even if it is true, she looks like a money monger and attention whore. Sad. Sigh.

If it is true, put him in jail. If it is a push to get money, put her in jail.
