something hypothetically speaking so please bear with me for a second.

i hope it will make some sense.

in one of the Threads that i opened ,witch is now closed do to failure to serve any purpose.

TPS -TNRobocop said something very interesting, what could be a Achilles heel to gun owners.- hypothetically speaking

to quote him:

"""And no you don't get to exercise your 1st Amendment rights on a private forum if the owner decides not to let you.

The 1st protects you from the .gov restricting your right."""

it is true, that you don't have any rights on somebody's private property.

now imagine something gun related happens to Ted Turner family member.

and he calls a emergency meeting with 10 or more largest land owners to ban a guns on their land. and next day you got a signs all over saying guns prohibited.

look a list how much land they own. and constitution doesn't protect your rights on their property. at least according TNrobocap .

  1. Ted Turner 2,000,000 acres
  2. Archie Aldis “Red” Emmerson 1,722,000 acres
  3. Irving Family 1,200,000 acres
  4. Singleton Family 1 million-plus acres
  5. King Ranch Heirs 851,642 acres
  6. Pingree Heirs 850,000 acres
  7. Brad Kelley 789,851 acres
  8. Reed Family 770,000 acres
  9. Ford Family 740,000 acres
  10. Huber Family 600,000 acres

and to make it worst, say Obama brings a low that would save taxpayers $$$, if they Would sell government owned roads and land to Ted Turner and others, so whole maintenance cost would be his responsibility.

that would hypothetically extinct gun ownership in US.

why should i pay a lot of $$$ for a guns that i can keep only in my house.

or what if I win huge lottery and randomly start to buy places around Nashville. and sell them to people who will support my agenda to ban a guns.

and it is normal to offer a house for sale to the friend first. so everything is by the book.

is there anything in US constitution that would protect us from scenario like that

tell me your opinions about it? please.:)

property owners can ban guns on their property. I support that right. I do not think the amount of land matters.

Obama cannot sell roads to Ted Turner. Thats just stupid. The roads belong to tax payers, not your hero.

You might as well have asked if the gov't can ban sales to centaurs.

Given that there are 5,863,658,240 acres of land in the U.S., total, I don't think it's ever going to be an issue.

( The total area of the U.S. is 6,289,072,000 acres, water included. )

Besides, what are the odds of all those families being anti-2nd amendment?

Are they illegal or under-age Centaurs? :)

I think Strel is going for the record of most threads closed for being pointless in less than a week...

I was just looking that up to prepare my statement. :)
