The annual meeting of the TN Shooting Sports Association was back in November at the Maury County Gun Club. During lunch, before the meeting, was sitting near and got to talk to Alan Barcon, who was later elected to the Board as the Pistol shooting discipline Director. Found out that he lives in Oakland, as he said, "a small town east of Memphis - you probably haven't heard of it". The inside joke there is that I grew up in western Fayette County, so he and I had plenty to talk about over lunch. He mentioned the matches did move from RangeUSA to the TWRA Range at Bartlett. With credit to the power of Google, here is a complete answer to your question, posted by Alan in Sept. in a Google group:

The Bartlett TWRA Smallbore Pistol League will begin its winter season on

September 26, 2007. Matches will be fired every Wednesday evening with the

exception of holiday weekends. The league will shoot a total of 30 nights

with paid participation in at least 20 sessions necessary to receive an

award. Two to three relays will be fired each night beginning at 6:00 PM.

Matches will be held at the Bartlett TWRA Range at 3200 Brother Blvd.,

Bartlett, TN 38133 (The intersection of Brother Blvd. and Yale Rd.).

*Rules**:* This is an NRA sanctioned league. NRA rules will apply and scores

will be reported to the NRA Competitions division.

*Entry Fees:* League dues are $10.50 per relay fired, whether regular or

makeup. Of that $10.50, $8.50 will be paid directly to the Range Official

for lane rental. The other $2.00 will be paid to the league to cover cost

of targets, NRA fees and league expenses.

*Targets**:* NRA approved B2 and B3 targets. To be replaced with B16 and B8

targets as the supply of B2 and B3 targets is exhausted.

*Equipment:* .22 caliber rim fire revolver or pistol conforming to NRA rule

3.4. (Max 10" barrel and sight plane, any sights (except those that project

an image on the target). Ammunition .22 Short, Long or Long Rifle, Bullet

Wt. 40 gr. maximum. Spotting scope or binoculars recommended.

*Course of Fire:* Each relay will consist of a maximum of 7 shooters firing

3 gallery courses at 50 feet (to change to NRA Short Courses at 25 yards

when 50 foot targets are depleted). Each gallery course (or NRA Short

Course) consists of 10 shots slow fire (10 shots in 10 minutes). 10 shots

timed fire (5 shots in 20 seconds, twice) and 10 shots rapid fire (5 shots

in 10 seconds, twice). Sessions missed may be made up, if desired, by

firing more than one relay on subsequent nights.

*Awards:* Awards will be determined by the League council with consideration

to the amount of money in the treasury at the end of the league. Awards will

be made in both scratch and handicapped brackets.

Scores will be handicapped using the NRA Drop Point System (the average and

therefore the handicap changes with each relay entered). The average of all

of the handicapped scores will determine the shooters place with regard to

division and place within that division.
