Remington HD ammo in a full choke barrel? Should I trust it?

Hey all. I received two boxes of Remington HD Ultimate Home Defense shells in BB loads for Fathers Day and honestly, I don't know if they're suitable for a full choke 12 gauge. I prefer my 00 buck lead rounds that I have now but with these rounds being Tungsten-Bronze-Iron I'm dubious of the bulge issue. I know steel's not for a full choke and an unknown thing like tungsten makes me wonder. The only thing I can find on the issue around the net is penetration tests but nothing more on choke issues for these shells. I've found the Remington HD shells are expensive at $25 - $30 per box of ten so at $3 a shell these are pricey as hell and like I said, I'm not comfortable on picking them over the 00 or even 000 lead shot. Anyone have any ideas on the use of the rounds with a full choke? Thanks in advance for the help, too! :bowrofl:

As soon as I saw tungsten, I was puzzled. I thought of the green tip 5.56mm rounds immediately. Remington seems to make one believe that the bronze lead mixed in makes a difference. I kept going back to the "yeah, but tungsten is a steel product" myself. The rounds don't seem too HD capable for a HD shotgun with a full choke.
