The wife and I are going to the Dolphins / Titans game at Miami in November.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a good place to stay?

We prefer something on the beach.

Last year, the wife and I flew down there for a little vacation. We stayed at The Palms in Miami Beach. Nice hotel, on the beach. I'd give it 2 thumbs up. I'm not familiar with the layout down there, so I can't say whether or not it's close to the game site.

I grew up in Miami. Recommend somewhere in Fort Lauderdale if you want to be on the beach. Unless you want to be in the Miami Beach scene (some like that), Fort Lauderdale is quieter and less traffic. Then to get to the game, you can go down US1 to 595, west to the Florida Turnpike, go south 5 minutes and you're at the stadium. All in all, about a 20 minute trip to the game. PM me if you want more info or options...
