I Hope TN enacts the same law as AZ does so we can start picking up immigrants and shipping their arses to where they belong.

It makes him guilty of TWO crimes. That would be more than simply murder, because murder is ONE crime. I'm not quite sure what you are asking.

I'm not talking about the right to live Mike, I'm talking about his rights to fair trials and such. As far as the crime he's no different than any of the other murderers on death row, but those that are Americans sitting on death row have the rights to the trials, appeals, and all that crap that drags out their execution. There should be no chance for this kind of thing to happen with someone who is not a citizen of this country.

Don't get me wrong though, I also don't agree with the fact the legal citizens who are murderers get all of this, and think they should be stripped of their citizenship so that they can receive a swift execution. If it were up to me I would eliminate a good majority of prisons all over the country by executing everyone who's crime was bad enough that they were given more than 5 years.

the proper term is ILLEGAL ALIENS.

these folks aren't immigrants. they're squatters. Immigrants come with the premise of integrating into society, not changing society to fit them. Immigrants come with the idea that they'll follow the laws of their new country.

This guy? not so much. Illegal aliens have no such wish. they INVADE another country and then, like any good parasite, feed off of it.

Immigrants are awesome people. They give the U.S an infusion of both blood and ideas. Illegal aliens? heh. notsomuch.

I have an excellent idea though. How about we deport the illegal aliens from Mexico to somewhere else, say Rhodesia. Deport the Somalians to the Sudan and any arab found, we can always drop them off somewhere like Iceland.

They like them and dislike us anyway.
