Range USA, Saturday 10AM, June 26th

If they'll have us, we'd love to spend a little money there. However, it's not necessary to shoot, as many of us spend more time in the "1776 Diner." We'll meet in Classroom "B" or "C" first, as always. You may be asked to disarm for ammo for the classrooms.

Remember, first timers shoot free:

"#1 - All new customers get FREE lane time on their first visit! So, if you never filled out one of our liability waivers to shoot on our range, your first time is FREE! There are some restrictions - see an employee for details.

#2 - "Buy-One-Get-One" on any of our classes! You can sign up to take any of our classes at full price and you get to bring someone with you to that class for FREE (provided they have the skill level required for that class)! The two students must take the same class on the same date to get the discount. There are some other restrictions - see an employee for details."

edit: i'll be there.

The 2 for 1 class promotion is a good deal. It doesn't apply for upper tactical classes  , or i would be all over it. If you have't had the intermediate class this would be a good time to take it.

I'll try to make this one. Still dealing with my mother and recovery though. Doesn't help that now her husband is in the hospital recovering from a head injury from a car accident.

Looks like I'm shuttling my mother to the hospital Saturday morning. May still try to swing by when done and see if anyone is still around. Get in a little practice.

I'd like to try to make it down. Been a long time since I played with the TGO folks and I need to get out and practice. What do they not allow at the range?

And hello to you in Redneckistan!

Judging from you old posts, I'd have thought you would spent more time here on TGO. We need you to recruit more chickies to push the 2A.

You can shoot any pistol caliber with the following exceptions: S&W 500 mag, S&W .460XVR, and 5.7x28. The type of gun doesn't matter, as long as it is a pistol caliber. So your Tommy gun or a 9mm AR would be ok. Full auto is allowed as well if you've got a Classs III.

On Saturday nights from 6pm to 9pm Range USA also has "AR-15 & Shotgun night". You can shoot any shotgun with your own ammo, you have to buy and shoot their frangible ammunition for an AR-15.

Hopefully I'll make this one!

So she can bring an auto because of III and someone else can shoot it without III? Still new to that category, so IDK. Wouldn't seem a prob at all.

You can shoot someone else's Class III as long as they are present with the gun. I'm no expert on Class III weapons, but I do know that much.

Kewl! I can leave the Saiga at home. Don't wanna put a hole through the back of the range. :D I am working to see if I can make it. At current time, all things are a go. I sense that someone wants a little play time with my little tommy girl.

:D

If so, let me know so I can buy specific ammo.

You can't truly obliterate sufficient amounts of ultra-skinny sheets of tree pulp in an hour!

That's OK. I may not even shoot at first. I go there for our new friends more than shooting. Now, if somebody happens to bring in a certain Tommy-gun, I may re-consider!

Going to still try to make this one but I may not be able to stay long.
