Got it! Check cashed Nov. 5th, 2012. Approved 4/5/2013, in the mailbox 4/13/2013. Five months.

I got one form 4 back on Thursday.  Mailed May 17th, pending July 27th, Not sure when approved, but notified it was ready for pickup on Mar 27th.  10 months...

 

Waiting on a Form 1 E-filed on Feb 2nd and another Form 4 e-Filed around Feb 10th.   Hopefully those will be completed by July.
