I'd thought about using my video and film degree from MTSU to do something like that. Is it a grind?

If you're looking for "grind" work in video, might I suggest "Silicone Valley" in California? :drama:

Very easy and great money .... as long as your equipment works.:drama: I do it freelance for a family friends company out of Memphis called Alpha Reporting. I usually get one or two a week right now and am hoping they will commit to expanding full fledge here in Middle TN. The difficult part comes in production, but ATM I don't deal with that. They do all the producing in Memphis. Producing is basically getting everything in the right format, depending on order, and mastering the video. We can't edit for content only for quality so that part is easy. Degree really won't much difference.

I will add the hours are generally really good. They can legally only depose for 8 hrs a day unless there is a court ordered extension (never seen it happen). Very rarely have I gone over 8 hrs in one day. I have gone several 8 hour days on one depo, however. Most only run 3-6 hours. I haven't done any court videography but there is plenty of that as well. They can go from pretty interesting to monotonous.

I actually prefer the graveyard shift. It's great! I don't have to deal with all the bosses being around, I take my breaks whenever the mood hits me, and I don't have to deal with people's bullsh*t. Oh yea baby, I'm a vampire...and I love it!

HAHAHAHAHA you SO sound like my wife.

It's comical. we have dark heavy drapes in the bedroom and they're rarely opened during the day.

She works in the NICU.

I'm not sure if it qualifies, but I play in a corporate band 5x per week. Most of the the time it's 6p-11p or 9p-2a with double shifts every now and again.
