39-17-1308(a)(3)(:D still applies which is a defense to 39-17-1307 for a business owner....regardless of what the business is.

That is MUCH boarder than just the business owner... It covers anybody's 'place of business'... It doesn't require you to be the owner, it should cover all employees...

Also I believe that 1359 does not apply to persons under this exception in the law.

I agree that it may be broader than just the owner.

I had another thread where I asked if a person could carry on another person's property with the property owner's permission if they didnt' have a HCP.
