Looking for someone to do spotwelding

Need someone that can/will spot weld the base plates on 3 1911 mags.

They are blue steel Cols production mags and the welds have poped.

The best welds will occur if you can give the weldor a sample piece of similar-thickness to adjust his settings before getting on the finished piece. My experience was MIG and SMAW, not spot-welding the way you mean it. But we always liked to have something similar when working with small pieces in small numbers.

Jack beat me to it MIG welding it should do the trick any local body shop or muffler shop should have the equipment you might just get out by buying someone a 12 pack of beer and make a good friend in the process . Like Jack said metal the same thickness/grade for him to practice on would be a plus it would suck if he burned through the steel on your mags.
