Just put a set of XS big dots on my AK.

Awesome sights!

I like these the best of any ak sight set I've tried. Very fast, very simple, and just as accurate as the standard ak sights.

Cant recommend these enough.

How hard is it to install the rear sight? How does the front sight install?

Rear sight is easy press down the leaf spring and pull the stock sight out through he tracks. press down and insert the XS rear.

Front is pretty easy too if you have a sight adjustment tool. I didn't so i had to improvise with a bench vise and some sockets.

unscrew the sight post, press out the stock barrel. Press in the big dod t barrel and then screw in the big dot post. secure with the set screw.

Done.

Looks great. I love them on my Glocks. Wonder if it will fit my VEPR K?

I wouldn't see why not.
