As was talked about earlier on this forum we are going go ahead and set up a public shoot for people to try the C.O. Arms firearms and meet our staff if there is still interest. We are looking at the last weekend of this month I need some feed back to know if I need to finalize everything.

I've been waiting for this post.

You tell us the date, Tom, and I will do everything in my power to be there.

In an effort to make this event open to as many people as we can it is going to be held June 27 2010 at The Great Outdoors Store in Jackson TN from 1:00 to 4:00. During the summer months the range is closed on Sundays so this way we will have it all to ourselves. The range is air conditioned and well lit if you have never been to this store you will enjoy the chance to visit a nice store and with some of the really great people they have there. I will have directions posted soon.

I'll make plans to be there, if at all possible. It all depends on what the cardiologist tells me next week.

I hope to see you and Dan both there.

I would love to check out your pistols. I cannot make it to Jackson on sunday but I also live in Millington so maybe one day we can hook up.

So I've been waiting on someone to post up about this and haven't seen it. I went out Sunday and got to put a few rounds through a Scorpion. I must say that I really liked the extended slide release. I also just generally liked the pistols in general. As I told Tom while I was there, I will be saving up for a scorpion or whatever model lightweight in 9mm. I've been jonesing for a 9mm 1911 for a while and as soon as I get the money saved up, I'll be looking in the direction of C.O. Arms.

how did this go? I was not aware of this meeting. I totally spaced.

To C.O.Arms: Were you at the Fayette cnty Friends of the NRA?

I think it went well. I liked the AWP (All Weather Pistol) and the new 9mm version. Got to meet Capbyrd and some others. Thanks to Brian (Bub) of the Great Outdoor Store for interrupting his vacation to come open the range for us.

"To C.O.Arms: Were you at the Fayette cnty Friends of the NRA?" - CO Arms is a statewide sponsor of the FNRA. Tom and Dee are usually running the Flag Pull game where their FNRA logoed 1911 is the prize.

I ordered a 1911 Scorpion from Tom back in Aug 2010 for about 900.00. When I received the box of parts from him. Nothing fit! The firing pin was too large to even fit in the hole. There was no rear site in the box. I called and spoke with Dee (CEO) and she said she would send it to me. I never received it! I later spoke with Tom about the laundry list of things that were WRONG with the BOX of PARTS as Tom called it. I told him I wanted my money back because this gun and what he sold me ie., himself and a faulty gun. He said I don’t have the money. He never did repair the gun or refund my money. To date I have not heard anything from him or Dee. The information below is what I’ve located on him or whats left of his company and contact information. The e-mail is apparently still good and i did receive an automated reply saying Tom would personally reply withing 24 hours. I still haven’t heard from the THIEF!! I cant tell you how many e-mails and text messages Ive sent to him.

I wish I had never done any business with a THIEF and a DISHONEST person like Tom Cantrell and Dee Newman. WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND.
