Have been pretty pleased with a Kel-Tec PLR-16. Seems decently accurate and well made. In the right hands maybe a tack driver.

Don't have any rhyme-or-reason what looks attractive, but the PMR-30 looks attractive to have. Specially if it turns out real accurate.

The 4.3" barrel may be most practical for a trail gun or whatever. Maybe a longer barrel wouldn't make a lot of difference in accuracy. Somehow it seems that a 6" or longer barrel variant might be better for punching paper, but dunno nothin about machinery. Thats why I stay away from wheelbarrows.

I will own the first one of these I see that is for sale. I have always loved the 22 WMR round.

i will probably have to get my hands on one. might wait a year or so, but sooner or later one will be mine. even though the .22mag doesn't really fill some big niche area for me, i just like it somehow.

A poor man's FN? Don't know much about the ballistics of 22"Magnum", but if this pistol actually functions, it will be a another top-seller for Kel-Tec. Actually considering their rep for customer service, i can't wait to see what happens.... Only thing that could kill this pistol is some sort of hi-cap mag ban. Anyone have any info on 22mag ballistics tests?

Thanks for the heads up!

I like this handgun as well. I think that 31 rounds of 22 magnum in a light weight easily concealable handgun would make a good self defense package.

Gunblast.com just sold a whole bunch of Kel-Tec guns for Kel-Tec!

This may be the proverbial pot calling the kettle black, but has Jeff Quinn ever reviewed a gun on that site that he didn't like?

They post reviews on about half the guns they receive.

No reason to spend time writing about a crappy gun. They live by the "if you don't have something nice to say..." philosophy.
