"Tomorrow ... Tomorrow ... We'll kill it ... Tomorrow ... It's only a day away!"

And that's our Kernell. CRACKPOT!!!

So as earlier indicated, the notice was made tonight, allowing foraction on the motion to occur in the next legislative session. House reconvenes tomorrow 10am, regardless of absence of a notice of such on the posted calendar.

Man, I sat through all the crap and then went to the kitchen to eat before I passed out and I get back in time to hear them say tomorrow @ 10:00 am. Am I reading the posts right and Curry Todd put the override on notice for tomorrow?

Doesn't it have to wait 24 hours?

Actually it followed the Rules, an override has to be put on notice, and then it can be considered in the next session, so the notice was read by the clerk, and it is now posted. they could have tried to suspend the Rules, but nobody wants to put the democrats that support the Bill under that pressure, so they have the time to vote as there is another session.

Well, they started at 10:00 (actually about 10:20) this morning. Does that count?

They said they'd be there Sat. as well. So wherever you start the clock from tonight, we should be covered.

I guess that's my question. Or does it have to wait until 24hrs after it was announced? I don't know.

Keep an extra 500 bucks in your checking account. Don't worry, be happy.

And I get to keep my permit? No questions asked? That's what we need.

If they post then I'm not eatin' there! I'm going to print up some biz cards that say:

"A legally armed potential customer left your establishment due to your posted handgun restriction. I will take my money and eat elsewhere"

If you do, post a press-printable template. My source for the regular cards gave up.

I just chatted with Nikki over on Facebook and she was texting a Representative (probably her boss) and he told her it was going to a vote tomorrow for sure.
