One of the debates actually touched on a topic of interest to me...if anybody actually knows what the current law is on lockpicks in Tennessee, I've posted a question in General and I'd love your input, 'cause I sure can't figure it out.

I think basically you can't charge for unlocking a car, unless you are a certified locksmith.

A few years ago they passed a law that wouldn't allow LE agencies to unlock cars, not sure if that changed that or not.
