Favorite Sports Teams

What teams are you favorites of?

Mine:

College: Florida Gators (grew up watching it as my dad is a fan)

NFL: Miami Dolphins (Marino was my childhood sports hero and stuck with em)

NBA: Boston Celtics (enjoyed watching Larry Bird play growing up)

Soccer: Chelsea and England in the World Cup (dunno why but I like watching em play)

MLB: Boston Red Sox (Loved watching Mo Vaughn play and stuck with em)

NHL: I dont watch it

F1: Schumacher (he is a bada$$)

NASCRAP: I would rather castrate myself with a rusty dull butter knife

College Football is really the only sport I pay attention to. With that said....

NFL -Cincinnati Bengals. It is a terminal disease. I tried to quit once but it did not take.

MLB - Meh, do not follow it closely but I used to be a Reds fan (dad worked for the Reds) and a Cubs fan. The strikes did me in. At best I am a casual fan. I am a fan of the game of baseball though. I can watch a game on TV just for the sport of it.

College football - ND. I was raised in a Irish Catholic family, been drinking the blue and gold for as long as I can remember. I also follow UC, but until recently there has not been much to get worked up over, and I like UT fine unless they play ND or UC.

NASCAR - I root for Mark Martin but to be honest I do not follow the sport as fervently as I used to.

NHL - not much of a fan but I do look in the sports page to see what the Blackhawks are doing. I used follow it when we lived by Chicago. Playoff time is always a good reason for a party up there.

I follow all sports at Cincinnati Elder High School. Check the Cincinnati Enquirer everyday to keep up with whats going on. Purple Power, Altiora!

College Football- Tennessee Volunteers (no surprise there I guess)

NFL- Titans

NHL- Preds I've liked hockey since the old Dixie Flyers days here in Nashville but never choose a favorite NHL team till the Preds came to town.

MLB- Haven't watched since the strike but used to be a Reds fan

NBA- I would rather castrate myself with a rusty dull butter knife (I borrowed that but can't remember where I saw it!)

Soccer- See NBA

F1- No favorite but I like most racing

NASCAR- Smoke, Jr, Harvick, Martin

College Football- TN Vols, Vandy, Memphis, Louisville (family members all attended those schools...talk about your divided loyalties)

College Basketball- Same

NFL- Titans (was a Broncos fan before the Titans came to TN)

NHL- Predators (two buddies from highschool play for them)

MLB- Yankees (dated Steinbrenner's granddaughter in High School)

NBA- SCREW THE NBA...bunch of spoiled teenagers

Soccer- I love the World Cup, but other than that I don't really watch it...

All Racing- can't watch it, bores me to tears

NCAA Football- Tennessee and Penn State, gotta love JoePa

NCAA Basketball- Duke and Tennessee

NFL- Colts in the AFC, Vikings in the NFC

NHL- Red Wings

NBA- Don't care, basically whoever is playing the Lakers. I hate pro Basketball

MLB- Red Sox or whoever is playing the Yankees

NASCAR- Hate it. The only racing I like is MX, SX, and MotoGP but don't have a favorite

Soccer- Don't care about girls sports unless it's the Lady Vols

NHL: pull for the Preds but don't keep up with it
