Yes as long as they are not posted as a no carry zone in accordance with the law.

I think it should be mentioned that unless they are properly posted, the answer is yes.

unless properly posted there is nothing to prohibit you from carrying in McDonalds or anyplace else that does not serve alcohol for on premise consumption.
