Since I started shooting I've enjoyed doing my own modifications. So far I've only made some simple modifications on my rimfires.

I'd like to see what other TGO'ers have done as far as DIY upgrades.

And, of course, pictures make any thread much better.

No pictures of my rifles but here's what I've done.

Marlin Model 60:

- new sear spring (After I broke the original :screwy:)

- installed a set of Tech Sights aperture sights.

CZ 452 American:

- adjustable sear and trigger shoe

and my current project..

Ruger MkIII 22/45

- wolff reduced power trigger spring

- wolff firing pin spring

- clark hammer bushing (removes magazine disconnect)

- volquartsen target sear

- pac-lite 4.5" threaded receiver w/ rail

- pac-lite compensator

Here's a picture of the Ruger

I know what you're saying. I'm fairly new to the whole thing too, but tinkering is great. I recently bought a 10/22 and have been upgrading it. That Ruger is going to be awesome! Nice work!

Maybe I need to get one.... :screwy:
