Boat show here in Memphis. Holy crap they have gotten expensive. Not that they weren't already, but they have increased a substantial amount in the last 3 years. I was talking to a Tracker salesman while I was eyeballing or umm drooling over a Nitro 189 Sport Fish and Ski and he said that fiberglass and aluminum boats have gone up 6 to 8% this year alone. That the materials have gone through the roof. 3 years ago you could have gotten a new one starting around $17K with a 115 motor. Today, they list at $21,495! The one at the boat show had a 150 and it was almost $24k. You can buy them with a 15 year loan though!!!

My kids also played in a $80K cruiser:eek:. No cabin to sleep in, had a capacity of no more than 10 or so. It did have a pooper.
